Complete the following steps to successfully install Adobe Reader 6.0 using Installation Manager:

1. Download Adobe Reader 6.0 from http://www.adobe.com.

2. Start the installation (without Installation Manager) by double-clicking the Adobe Acrobat 6.0 executable.

3. Allow Adobe to recompose the data.

4. After Adobe is recomposed, begin the installation and click Next on each screen but DO NOT click the Install button.

5. Click Cancel, answer Yes to Are You Sure, then click Finish. (Installation is aborted.)

6. Navigate to %WINDIR%CacheAdobe Reader 6.0Enubig.

Note: On Windows 2003 Servers, the files are extracted to %userprofile%windowscacheadobe reader 6.0Enubig.

7. Copy the contents of the directory, from step #6, to the share point used by Installation Manager.

8. From the Management Console for MetaFrame add a new package using the .MSI file you extracted in Step 6.

9. When prompted to add transforms, add the .mst transform file, (rdr60enu.mst for an English installation), extracted in step6.

10. Schedule the package to be installed on the MetaFrame servers.
