To hide the MetaFrame Secure Access Manager Add and Launch menus for a given role, complete the following steps:
1. In the properties of the role, click the CDAs tab and clear the box next to each CDA.
2. In the Properties of the access center, on the Published Resources tab, ensure that for each MetaFrame XP server farm listed, List in menus is set to no. To edit this setting, select the server farm and click Edit. In the Properties dialog box that appears, clear the List server farm resources in access center menus box.
To hide just the Add menu and leave the Launch menu visible, complete the following:
1. Check List server farm resources in access center menus.

2. In the Properties of the access center, remove the Embedded Application CDA from the access center by clearing the box next to it.

Assuming that published resource access is configured and that MetaFrame published applications are available to the user, the above steps make applications available through the Program Neighborhood CDA and the Launch menu but will hide the Add menu.
