This document explains why you may be unable to log on to an NFuse Web site with ticketing enabled.

Troubleshooting steps to address this problem include the following:

• On MetaFrame servers, verify that you have Feature Release licenses are installed and activated on all MetaFrame servers in the farm.

• Ensure that all servers in the farm are running the Citrix XML service on the same TCP port.

• In Template.ica, confirm that the parameter Address= is set to either [NFuse_IPV4Address] or [NFuse_IPV4AddressAlternate] (for NFuse 1.51 and earlier) or [NFuse_AppServerAddress] (for NFuse 1.6 and later). You cannot hard-code an IP address for the Address= parameter when you use ticketing.
