Issue

How to reconfigure the Mark Report as Billed in Resource Manager.

Cause

After printing a report using Resource Manager for billing domain users, the option to Mark Report as Billed was chosen.

From the MetaFrame XP Feature Release 3/Service Pack 3 Citrix Management Console help:

Section: Viewing Reports

Marking Billing records as "billed" in the report viewer:

For billing reports, you can mark the records that appear in the report as billed. When a record is marked as billed, further billing reports cannot be generated again for the record. If you specify purge settings for records marked as billed, they will be available for purging only after being marked as billed in the report viewer.

After you generate a billing report, mark it as billed by clicking Mark Report As Billed.

Section: Billing Cost Centers

After you successfully generate the report, click Mark Report as Billed in the report viewer to ensure that the billed items are not included in any future billing reports for the selected cost centers. Do this to avoid generating bills for the same item more than once.

Resolution

The reversal of this action cannot be accomplished in the Citrix Management Console and there are no tools to do such. It would defeat the purpose of marking reports as billed.

All of the data is still held in the database.

The data can still be viewed, if necessary, using a tool such as Crystal Reports.
