Performance monitor should find the processor utilization counter less than 90%.Processor utilization monitors the amount of possible processor resources available/ or being used.

Performance monitor should find the interrupts
Counter average 100 per second

Performance monitor should find the context switches
counter less than 500 per second.

Performance monitor should find the available bytes
counter greater than 32 MB + 4-14 MB per user + 1 MB per idle session

Performance monitor should find the pages per second counter less than 5.The pages per second counter notes when the needed information is located in RAM or pagefile. A high pages per second can indicate a need for more physical RAM.

Performance monitor should find the percentage of disk time counter greater than baseline.

Performance monitor should find the disk queue length counter within 1.5 to 2.0.The disk queue length that is greater than 2.0 can indicate a hardware incompatibility or failure. The queue for requests from disk should be handled promptly to prevent latency.

Performance monitor should find the Bytes Total / second counter less than network transfer rates. This ensures that network traffic is the bottleneck in the SBC model.
