Problem Description When using the PNAgent Version 1050/1051 configured for Single Sign-On inside a remote desktop session from one XP Professional workstation to another XP Professional workstation, the user may receive the following error message: "Username and Password are Incorrect." The settings for PNAgent change from using Single Sign-On to Prompt User. When using the PNAgent at the XP Professional workstation’s console, Single Sign-On works as designed. Resolution Microsoft TechNet Article Q320145, now part of Microsoft Service Pack 1 for XP workstation, replaces three files (Winlogon.exe, Winsta.dll, and Termsvr.dll) all dated 8-29-2002.
