NOTE: Only ICA links that are created as launched ICA links can be accessed from a Macintosh. If links are created as embedded, a message will be displayed asking to download the Netscape plug-in. Registering Mime Types with Netscape To register application/x-ica as a Netscape Navigator MIME type: 1. Install the ICA Macintosh Client on the client device. 2. Start Netscape Navigator. 3. From the toolbar, select Edit > Preferences. Under Navigator, select Applications. 4. Click the New Type button. 5. In the Description field, type ICA file. 6. In the File field, type .ica. 7. In the MIME type field, type application/x-ica. 8. In the Application to field, type or browse to the location of the ICA Macintosh Client. 9. Click OK. |
