This information is provided “as is” and without warrantees. Troubleshooting: An upgraded NT 4.0 Server to Windows 2000 with Microsoft Hotfix Q329170 experienced garbled printing within an individual Citrix published application. Other published application did not experience the issue. Printing from the application inside a desktop session did not experience the issue. The removal of hotfix Q329170 resolved the issue. Further testing showed that fresh installs of Windows 2000 with hotfix Q329170 did not experience the issue when printing from the published application. Hotfix Q329170 installs new winspool.dll, winspool.drv, and ntprint.dll files. These files are related to printing. |
