During the packaging process you will assign a name for the application script. In the Citrix documentation and in this explanation we will replace that name with [script].
[Script].wfs- is the final script that includes the merged application compatibility script.
[Script].wfs.bak- is a copy of the original script before the application compatibility script was merged.
[Script].wfs.log- is a log of information about the merge process of the application compatibility script and the original script.
