Products: ICA Client for Java
The ICA Java Client cannot connect with SSL when the client device is also an NFuse Web server.
If the ICA Java Client is used on an NFuse Web server to connect to a MetaFrame server using SSL, the following error message is returned:
java.net.SocketException: Unable to create SSL socket. SSL library not available.

The Java Client cannot be run in SSL mode from a machine that has NFuse installed. NFuse installs its own SSL libraries in the trusted classes folder. This interferes with the libraries that Internet Explorer uses.
Workarounds
• Do not try to do SSL connections from Internet Explorer on a machine that also has the NFuse extensions installed.
• Install the Java Plugin from http://www.javasoft.com/getjava. This provides the latest Java Virtual Machine from Sun Microsystems, which resolves the issue.
• Use Netscape 6.x (which comes with the Java Plugin).
