Relieve this server of all other functions other than maintenance of the latest information about published applications, servers, pooled licenses and load on the subnet. This reduces the risk of the server going down.
To dedicate a server as the Master ICA Browser for all protocols:

1. Open the Citrix Server Administration Utility.

2. In the left pane, click on the desired.

3. Click on the ICA Browser tab on the right pane.

4. Select "Always attempt to become the Master ICA Browser" option, and apply the changes.
