No specific server location entry can be specified within the ICA Web Clients.
When the server location address is specified, the ICA Client contacts that server to determine the address of the Master ICA Browser. When the ICA Client connects by server or published application name, the Master ICA Browser returns the address of the desired server or published application.
The same ICA file modified to work:
[WFClient]
Version=2
TcpBrowserAddress=208.140.11.10 (external IP address of the Citrix server)
UseAlternateAddress=1 (this has been added for address translation)
[ApplicationServers]
PubAppName=
[PubAppName]
Address=PubAppName
InitialProgram=#PubAppName
DesiredHRES=640
DesiredVRES=480
DesiredColor=2
TransportDriver=TCP/IP
WinStationDriver=ICA 3.0
NOTE: Browser address entries can be specified for NetBIOS and IPX as well as TCP/IP. For the above example, we removed the NetBiosBrowserAddress, NetBiosBrowserAddress2, and both the IpxBrowserAddress and IpxBrowserAddress2. These are not required for the above example. It is recommended that these be removed, leaving only one TcpBrowserAddress entry.
