The error occurs because the initial install of Interent Explorer 5.01 failed to complete properly.

1. Locate the Resume Windows Update Installation option in Rootdrive\WTSRV\Profiles\All users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup and delete the item:

2. Locate the Windows Update Installation Folder off the RootDrive, and if present, delete the folder.

NOTE: If Internet Explorer 5.01 has not been installed yet, it is recommended that the server be rebooted and Internet Explorer 5.01 be reinstalled.
