Terminal Server requires TCP to be installed. RDP can only ride on TCP. The other options for protocol installation DURING the install wizard are IPX and NetBios. (Other protocols can be installed afterwards.)

ICA Rides over TCP, because TCP usually uses IP as a transport, TCP does not HAVE to ride on IP. One could create a stack that used another protocol for transport.
