Summary

This document describes how to change your reseller in www.mycitrix.com.

Procedure

1. Log on to www.mycitrix.com, and enter your Web login details.

2. Choose Licensing > Subscriptions and Warranties > Assign Citrix Solution Advisor(s).

3. You will then be able to select the country of your choice followed by the reseller. If you know which reseller you would like to change to, just type it in and it should come up with the name.

4. Select a salesperson and that person will be notified and will contact you.
