Symptoms
If the Presentation Server Client attempts to play a Flash animation inside an ICA session which has its Display > Color Quality setting set to 16 colors, Internet Explorer unexpectedly terminates.
This symptom occurs with following products:
Presentation Server Win32 Client Version 9.1
Presentation Server WinCE/PocketPC Client Version 10(Pre RTW)
Presentation Server Linux Client Version 9.x
Presentation Server EPOC/Symbian OS Version 4.x
Cause
Flash Player support requires a Color Quality setting greater than or equal to 256 colors, but the Presentation Server Client supports the 16-color Color Quality setting.
If the Presentation Server Client attempts to use the Flash Player with the ICA session in 16-color mode, an error occurs in Flash. This is caused by the color mode differences between Flash and the Presentation Server Client.
Resolution
Configure the ICA session’s Display > Color Quality setting to be greater than or equal to 256 colors.
