Cause
Some MSI packages may not be properly removed from Add or Remove Programs. Therefore, remnants of corrupted Windows Installer installations still exist and subsequently prevent the proper installation of a product.
Resolution
Use the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility to remove MetaFrame Password Manager.
This tool can be used for any MSI program that fails to install or uninstall properly from Add or Remove Programs.
