What are the required parameters for ICA client installation?

The three installation parameters required on a ICA client installation are destination directory for the client software. The default is Program Files\Citrix\ICA Client. On Windows installations the destination for icon and menu item is required. ICA also requires a unique identifier, this can be the computername but this can cause the need for resource management.
