XenSource Knowledge Base : Unable to Launch Administrator Console on Windows due to JVM issues: "It is a possible situation that Administrator console may fail to start on Windows with error “Could not create the Java virtual machine” In such a situation you have to edit the 'C:\Program Files\XenSource\bin\xenserver-client.bat' and change the options ( parameters ) passed to javaw ( application launcher )"

Three issues so far:

Cannot find network interface, used netgear pc card.
Bios virtualization setting enabled

now cannot ping gateway, gets address from dhcp but no path to gateway...
